Roasted Garlic Seasoning
Waialua Coffee Seasoning
Coat beef, pork, lamb, chicken or fish with small amount of with olive, canola or vegetable oil prior to seasoning.
Press seasoning firmly into meats.
Coffee is known to act as a meat tenderizer. Refrigerating sesasoned meats 1-4 hours prior to cooking will allow the flavors to meld and coffee to tenderize the meat.
Let meats stand at room temperature approximately 10 minutes prior to
grilling/pan frying to promote even cooking.
Use more seasoning when grilling and less when pan frying.
Let meats rest 2-3 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Try Roasted Garlic Seasoning or Waialua Coffee Seasoning on your next rib roast or turkey.
Try drizzling a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice on thick sliced beef steaks before serving.
