"Sweet Hoisin" Soba and Vegetable Salad

The following ingredients may vary in amount and according to your taste.
Ingredients:
Soba noodles
Green lettuce
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced tomatoes
Edamame
Sliced kamaboko or shredded pieces of rotisserie chicken
Sliced avocado
“Sweet Hoisin” Asian Dressing & Dipping Sauce by Pacific Asian Creations
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with “Sweet Hoisin” dressing. Toss until well coated. Enjoy! It’s refreshing and delicious!
* Try substituting or adding other ingredients.
Black Bean Tofu & Ground Pork

Ingredients:
1 bottle Black Bean Stir Fry & Steaming Sauce
1 lbs ground pork
1 block Aloha firm tofu (drain & cut into 1 inch cubes)
1/2 c green onions (chopped)
On high heat, fry ground pork until fully cooked. Remove excess liquid. Reduce to medium high heat and add 1 cup Black Bean Sauce. Bring to simmer then slowly fold in tofu. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then add green onions. Serve. Variation: Use ground beef, turkey or chicken.
Sweet Hoisin Somen Noodles

Ingredients:
1 bottle Sweet Hoisin Dressing & Dipping Sauce
1 pack somen noodles (cooked & drained)
1 pack ham (cut into clivers)
1 uzumaki fishcake (cut into slivers)
1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
Boil 1 pack of somen noodles. Drain well and cool. Mix approximately 1 cup of Sweet Hoisin with the noodles. Top with ham, fishcake and green onions. Chill 2 hours and serve. Variation: Add chopped cucumber, lettuce, avocado, tomato or egg.
Spicy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:
1 bottle Spicy Garlic Stir Fry & Dipping Sauce
1 pack drummettes (8 lbs)
1 bottle canola oil (48 oz)
2 cups all purpose flour
Dredge drummettes in flour, shake off excess and deep fry in canola oil. Cook for 4-6 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove chicken from oil and dip immediately into a bowl of Spicy Garlic sauce until evenly coated. Remove from sauce and serve. Variation: Use boneless chicken thighs cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Also works well with fish including ono, mahimahi, marlin, ahi and aku.
