Yes.  In May of 2008, the company added nutrition information to their new labels.  At that time, a decision was made to change the names of two products.  "North" Dressing & Dipping Sauce was changed to "Creamy Sesame".  "East" Dressing & Dipping Sauce was changed to "Sweet Hoisin". 

As a small company, a decision was made to focus on four products rather than eight as the company moved towards distribution into the stores and fundraising efforts.  "South" Sweet Chili Dressing & Marinade, "West" Shichimi Ponzu Dressing & Marinade, "Kalbi" Asian Grilling Marinade and "Fried Rice" Stir Fry Sauce are no longer being produced.  As the company grows, however, we may see the return of these products. 

Yes, two  products, "Black Bean" stir fry and steaming sauce and "Spicy Garlic" stir fry & finishing sauce contain a small amount of monosodium glutamate (msg).  Certain prepared sub-ingredients used in our products such as oyster sauce, contain msg.  However, no additional msg is added to these products.  No other Pacific Asian Creations products contain msg at this time.
